ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

Given the specialist mandate of VIA, the applicant has to be a Hafiz-e-Quran, preferably between the ages of 12-18 years. Accepting all terms and conditions of VIA are preconditions for seeking admission.

There are three entry levels:

1. Admission in Foundation stage: Age 12-14 years. Entrance test based on Class 1 to 5 syllabus.
2. Admission in Class 9th/10th: Age 14-16 yrs. Entrance test based on previous class syllabus. Proof of completion of previous class.
3. Admission in Class 11th/12th: Age 16-18 yrs. Entrance Test based on previous class syllabus. Proof of completion of previous class.

Main features of the Academy:

The foundation year is specially designed and executed to mainstream the out of school Huffaz based on NCERT/State bridge course. After spending 5 years at the Academy students will not only have a firm grasp over the entire syllabus from class I to XII, but also become proficient enough to write. Class XII Boards Examinations in English. This will enable them to seek admissions in higher education courses as per their interest and aptitude as recommended in Sachhar Committee report.
A well designed learner centered curriculum has been created by highly experienced subject teachers, focused and comprehensive enough to cover the entire K-12 syllabus in an accelerated way. We follow Experiential (activity based) learning approaches to provoke four C's 21st century skills communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creative thinking. This is supported by relevant resources and equipment needed in an environment friendly campus.
