Mr. Abdul Azeem Durrani.

Diploma in Management of Education, Diploma (Urdu), Hindi Kabil, Certified Career Master, Certified American English E-Teacher Trainer, Certified in Constructive Teaching and Educational Technology.
Mr. Azeem Durrani comes from Mumbai. He is a born learner and teacher. After graduating in Microbiology and Education from the University of Mumbai, he began his career as a teacher in the year 2000. He is passionate and believes that a concerned and sensitive teacher can facilitate every student of the mixed-ability classroom, the right way. He has served government and private schools as a teacher-educator, principal, and academic director to commendable heights since 2010.
Educational And Social Belief:
Impressed by the philosophy of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, Rabindranath Tagore, Alvin Toffler, Abraham Lincoln, and Dr Howard Gardner, he believes:
- All students can learn if taught the way they can.
- Every teacher should be ready to learn – unlearn & relearn to acquire 21st-century skills for the holistic development of the learners.
- Teachers today must share the responsibility of parenting.
- Schools should be the second home for students to transform them into dynamic and rational GLOBAL CITIZENS and LEADERS.
- School curriculum should make every student ready to face the challenges of Gen-next as a dignified human being and able to distinguish between right and wrong.
He believes that research is the key to success and development. The research work he was associated with are:
“A comparative study of metacognitive strategies and perceptions while teaching science in STATE BOARD, CBSE and ICSE school students of grade 9.”
“Staff development programmes in primary schools of Mumbai” and has conducted a few action-researches too.
His work:
- He has designed curricula for two minority schools and their maktabs. C
- Conducts training and coaching sessions for students, parents, teaching -nonteaching staff, principals, and management through customised modules.
- Academic and Human Resource audits of schools.
- Administered 360-degree appraisals of K-12 principals and performance appraisals of staff.
- He also conducts SWOC for educational institutions.
Current Engagements:
- Assessments and Evaluation, Personalized and Accelerated Learning Programmes, Remedial and Enrichment Programmes and Concept Analysis both in Schools and in Maktabs in the capacity as a Principal of this model Experimental Non – Conventional school Vision International academy that mainstream huffaz (the school dropouts) to secondary and higher secondary education. .
- Staff development and enrichment programme for K-12 teachers.
- Language development programmes for Teaching English to Young Learners through LSRW Efficacy Programmes and CAP-Cognitive, Affective & Psychomotor EFFICACY PROGRAMMES.
- Concept analysis through strategic assessment programmes.
- At present, Mr. Durrani is studying “The Impact of Invisible Leadership on Quality Assurance of secondary schools in Mumbai” as a Research Scholar under the able Guidance of Dr. Prof. Bhagwan Balani Principal of BTTC Mumbai.
