Important Instructions:
- Kindly ensure your ward is dropped at the school on time.
- Please come prepared to submit the followings:
- All required admission documents as per the list attached.
- Collect Parent Visiting ID Card and Student School ID Card (if not yet received).
- A list of required items is attached for your convenience and preparation.
- Payment for the uniform and books will need to be made on the same day (23rd April 2025). The exact amount will be communicated to you within a week, In Sha Allah.

وژن انٹرنیشنل اکیڈمی کا حصہ بننے پر ہم آپ کو اور آپ کے فرزند کو خوش آمدید کہتے ہیں۔
ہمیں یہ اطلاع دیتے ہوئے خوشی ہو رہی ہے کہ فاؤنڈیشن اور درجہ حفظ کے طلبہ کا تعلیمی سیشن 26-2025 مندرجہ ذیل تاریخ کو شروع ہوگا:

🕙 رپورٹنگ کا وقت: صبح 10:00 بجے
اہم ہدایات:
1)براہ کرم اپنے بچے کو وقت پر اسکول پہنچا دیں۔
2)آپ سے درخواست ہے کہ آپ درج ذیل دستاویزات تیار کرکے ساتھ لے کر آئیں:
الف: تمام ضروری دستاویزات جو داخلے کے لئے مطلوب ہیں وہ ساتھ میں دی گئی فہرست میں شامل ہیں۔
ب: والدین کا وزٹنگ آئی ڈی کارڈ(ملاقاتی کارڈ) اور طالب علم کا اسکول آئی ڈی کارڈ (اگر ابھی تک وصول نہ کیا ہو تو) حاصل کریں۔
3)آپ کی سہولت اور تیاری کے لیے ضروری اشیاء کی فہرست ساتھ میں منسلک ہے۔
4) یونیفارم اور کتابوں کی ادائیگی اسی دن (23 اپریل 2025) کی جائے گی۔ اس کی متعینہ رقم ان شاء اللہ ایک ہفتے کے اندر آپ کو بتا دی جائے گی۔

*Vision International Academy – Boarding Students*:
*List of Required Items*
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Please ensure that your child brings the following essential items upon joining the boarding facility:
*Items to be Brought by Students:*
*Bedding Essentials*:
At least two bedsheets
One pillow
One blanket or sheet for covering
Comforter/Quilt (for winter season)
*Locker Security*:
A three-key padlock for the personal locker
One key to be kept with the student,
One with the floor in-charge,
One to be submitted to the school office
*Personal Hygiene & Utility Items*:
One bucket and mug for bathing
One water bottle for drinking
Shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and other personal hygiene products
Two towels
*Footwear & Clothing*:
Black shoes, slippers, black socks, and a black waistcoat (vest)
All personal items must be labeled with the initials of the student’s name
*School Uniform*:
Three to six sets of white kurta-pajama for regular classes (to be arranged by parents)
*Nightwear & Casual Clothing*:

Lower and T-shirt for sleeping
Students may wear colored kurta-pajama outside class hours
During class hours, white kurta-pajama is mandatory
*Religious Essentials*:
Personal copy of the Qur’an (Hifz edition)
Wooden Qur’an stand (Rehal)
Dining Essentials
Plate, glass, and spoon
Identity Documentation
Photograph of the student in school uniform
Photograph of the parent/guardian
These will be used to prepare official ID cards
*Items Provided by the Academy*
*Furnishings*:
The school will provide beds, mattresses, and lockers
*Corporate Day Uniform*:
One day each week will be observed as Corporate Day, where students will wear:
Loose white shirt
Loose khaki trousers
This uniform will be provided by the academy; parents are required to pay the designated amount for it
*Sports Uniform*:
A special sports dress will be provided by the academy for evening activities and competitions
The cost of this uniform must be covered by the parents
*Important Guidelines*:
Jeans and tight-fitting clothes are strictly prohibited for Hifz students, as per academy policy. Kindly ensure your child does not bring such attire.
*Haircut Requirements*: Parents are requested to ensure their child’s hair is cut evenly using machine setting number 2 or 3 prior to arrival.
